The retread industry generates 32,000 jobs in the EU (19,000 of which in the five leading EU economies, namely Italy, France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom) and accounts for 1.9 billion Euros in the EU’s GDP.

CO2 emissions reduced by as much as 8.2%. This environmental benefit is achieved through the truck platooning technology, also known as “convoy driving”.

A reduction of 88 tons of CO2 per year: this is how much less carbon dioxide would be released into the environment if the percentage of retread truck tires sold on the replacement market in Italy would rise from a current 27% to 50%.
